Residential Care
After Care (NW) Ltd operates seven Ofsted regulated residential care Homes, which are all sited in the North of England.
All homes are within residential areas allowing access to all appropriate amenities and facilities.
The homes vary in size and are registered to accommodate from two to four young people. After Care (NW) Ltd is also able to offer single occupancy placements, single and mixed sexed units and sibling accommodation. Within the registered units the company can accommodate young people aged between seven to seventeen years upon admission, under the registered category of CX and CEBD. Referrals out of this category can be considered however would require Ofsted approval.
All residential care homes are managed by a qualified and Ofsted registered Manager who is supernumerary to any staffing rotas. Staff teams ensure a minimum of two highly trained qualified dedicated staff members are on duty at all times. Depending upon need and assessment, additional staffing can be made available and the company will accommodate any specific staffing request i.e. all male/female teams.
All our residential care homes offer young people their own bedroom areas, which they can personalise and offer shared facilities include bathrooms, lounges, dining areas, laundries and kitchens, with all homes also offering private garden areas.
After Care (NW) Ltd semi independent living services, as well as operating within the companies registered facilities, can be offered from a staffed three bedded facility, individual flats or upon request tailor made facilities to suit individual need.

Facilities
After Care (NW) Ltd do not believe that any young person should be accommodated in any different type of property than the type that we would choose to live in ourselves. To this end all of the companies houses are sited in established residential areas with all houses being either semi-detached or detached properties, offering care on various levels, from single to multi occupancy living situations with the largest homes offering care to up to four young people.
Each young person accommodated will have their own bedroom and young people can pick any preferred colour schemes within this area.
Shared facilities in the homes include bathrooms, lounges, dining areas, laundries and kitchens with all homes also offering private garden areas.
All homes offer excellent access to public transport as well as all homes having access to company vehicles.
